How do we restore your furniture?
First and foremost, we consider restoration only if the items can be restored to pre-loss condition or better. There are several repair methods, depending on the type and extent of damage. Some items require complete refinishing, while others may require only partial restoration. Our first option is to restore only the damaged area. An example of this would be a heat mark to a table top, in most cases we can match this to the base, so the top be the only panel that needs restoring and repairing.
If partial restoration is not possible, we would require refinish the entire piece, however we would advise thoroughly upon our arrival.

It can be worrisome time when your loved furniture, cabinets and sofas are damaged by fire, water or accidental damage. Our guarantee is your satisfaction, to do this we will get your items back to pre-loss condition or better, unless we advised it may not be possible.

No. We will not repair an item that cannot be restored to pre-loss condition. Your items will look and function the same or if not better than before the accident / loss incident.

How do we restore your furniture?
We first consider partial restoration. Depending on the extent of the damage, the damaged furniture may either be repaired and refinished or we will completely strip by hand the old finish off and totally re-polish the damaged area. All areas will be refinished to match the damaged area.
Why is it better to repair than replace?
It doesn’t make financial sense to replace quality furniture that can be restored. Use this example: If your car’s bumper has a dent, you don’t replace the whole car. You replace the bumper and a little painting. Similarly, you don’t replace a restorable piece of furniture.
